ED Performance Review Template
Most ED reviews are either awkward conversations that accomplish nothing, or overly formal processes that feel more like surveillance than support. This template is a starting point that aims to find a middle ground based on honesty, structure, and focused on growth.
It covers performance across five typical domains, a goal review, narrative summary, and goals for the coming year. It is a strong basis for building an expansive annual review that meet the needs of both the board and the Executive Director.
