The United Way of Winnipeg has again opened up its Organizational Development Grant Program. This program offers grants of up to $5,000 to eligible nonprofit organizations, aiming to enhance their capacity and effectiveness in delivering high-quality programs and services.

- Financial Management
- Human Resources
- Research
- Strategic Alliance and Partnerships
- Strategy and Business Planning
To qualify, organizations must be registered nonprofits based in Winnipeg, operating within the health and social service sector, and primarily serving Winnipeg residents. Their programs should align with United Way Winnipeg’s focus areas:

- Health: Healthy People, Strong Communities
