Participants will explore tools, techniques, and other ideas for reviewing and improving your board’s performance. We will consider various areas of the board’s work including board structure, board management practices, board development, and decision-making. Also, we will discuss who should be evaluated, such as individual directors, committees, or the board as a whole, and how.
